Modular Refinery Campus in Benue States, Central Nigeria
Presently the most important project Baychester Petroleum is working assiduously on is this Modular Refinery Campus which includes the 5,000 MW Power Generation Plant to be fueled by the Gas produced by the Refinery. Instead of flaring the gas that will be produced through emission and polluting the environment, the Gas will be used to generate power and drastically reduce environmental pollution. We are in the process of building a Corporation with an international reputation, expertise, and modern technology. Our aim is to take Doing-Big-Business to the next highest level with integrity, efficiency, and effectiveness through the deployment of Modern-High Technology Solutions that will make Acquisition, Installations, Operations, Warehousing, Monitoring, and Distribution Easier, Secured, and Cost Effective.
Baychester Petroleum International Limited is desirous and committed to the establishment of 18 units of 30,000 BPSD Modular Refinery Campus in Igumale, Ado/Otukpo Local Government Areas of Benue State. This will in no doubt propel the development of the downstream sector at this point which is projected to be a game changer in the effort of reviving the Nigeria Economy by making the products readily available for Local and International consumption. This will go a long way to ameliorate the current suffering of Nigerians due to high cost of petroleum products (PMS, LPG, DPK, AGO, JET-A1 etc.) and also for exports to boost foreign exchange earnings for the country. All necessary arrangements have been put in place and preliminary logistics have been provided to ensure the smooth and successful execution of the 18 units of the 30,000BPSD Modular Refinery Campus Project.
We are 100% committed to the protection of the environment in view of climate change and this we intended to achieve by Gas Capping instead of Gas Flaring which is harmful to the environment and causes environment degradation. The Gas capped will be used to generate electricity that will service the host community, environs, and the nation at large. A steady power supply is a catalyst for economic growth and development and this we intend to provide to the Nation.
Importation and Distribution of Refined Petroleum Products
Baychester Petroleum International Limited while awaiting the construction of its modular refinery campus is planning to engage in the importation of refined petroleum products e.g PMS (Premium Motor Spirit), DPK (Dual Purpose Kerosene), AGO (Automotive Gas Oil), Jet A1, etc. for onward distribution in Nigeria to ensure sustained availability of the petroleum product especially PMS in Nigeria. 
Liquified Natural Gas (LNG)
LNG is considered as clean sources of energy which can be used both for residential or commercial purpose and for power generation. Baychester Petroleum is committed to providing clean energy source to Nigeria to curb climate change. 
Liquified Petroleum Gas (LPG)
Currently in Nigeria, price of LPG is consistently going high, this is due to shortage of supply and other factors. Baychester Petroleum LPG project aims to bridge the cap by ensuring product availability and seamless distribution of the product Nigeria. 
Compressed Natural Gas (CNG)
Baychester Petroleum’s CNG project is aimed at delivering cheap, affordable, safer, and more climate-friendly energy. We are desirous to tap into the massive gas reserves in Nigeria to deliver Compressed Natural Gas for transportation, especially mass transit.
It is our desire to partner with the Federal Government of Nigeria and other players in the oil and gas industry to harness the massive gas resources for the benefit of Nigeria and Nigerians.
We are investing in building a CNG conversion centre, conversion kits, mother stations and daughter stations and also a mobile refueling station across Nigeria. Acquisition, Infrastructural and Management Consulting
Some of the projects that the Corporation is interested in, is Operation of first class Casinos in some Five Star Hotels in Nigeria. Our Corporation is looking at the possibilities available in leasing/acquiring some run down companies and factories owned by the Federal Government of Nigeria, State Governments and other Corporate organizations. These establishments will possibly be refurbished and re-equipped with the highest grade of the latest equipments. our Corporation will hire very high class managers to effectively manage these establishments.
We understand that to carry out the above projects successfully, our Corporation will require a lot of funding. It is with this understanding that our Lead Corporation Atlantic and Pacific Development Group USA LLC having discussed and concluded with the subsidiary companies; Baychester Petroleum International Limited and Atlantic and Pacific Development Projects Limited, decided to invite Investors and financiers for this unique opportunity for Investment and Strategic Partnership for the actualizations of the Modular Refinery Campus Projects in Benue and Kaduna States of Nigeria.
